Beyond Therapy
I’m also the author of 31 Days of Mental Health Moments, a resource designed to make mental health concepts accessible and actionable. I speak at conferences and facilitate workshops on mental health, emotional resilience, and personal growth because I believe these conversations need to happen everywhere, not just in the therapy office.
Currently, I’m deep into writing my second book, Letters to a Smart Girl. This project is personal. I’ve worked with countless intelligent, accomplished women who can’t understand why success doesn’t feel the way they thought it would.
Many are wondering how they can be so smart but still struggle. They want to learn how they can understand God’s unique purpose for their lives and steward the gifts He gave them.
If that’s you, this book is for us.
Navigating New Frontiers
I’m also leaning into one of the most significant shifts ever: artificial intelligence. While many in my field resist this change, my corporate background taught me that change is inevitable, and that early adopters have the opportunity to shape how that evolution unfolds.
AI will transform mental health care. The question isn’t whether it will happen, but how we’ll ensure it happens ethically, safely, and in ways that truly serve those seeking help. How do we honor the image of God in every person as we navigate this new frontier?
If you want to explore this frontier with me, subscribe to my Beyond Intelligence newsletter, where I share what I’m learning about AI, mental health, and faith.
Why I Do This
My faith isn’t background noise. It’s the foundation.
I believe we’re each fearfully and wonderfully made, created with inherent worth and unique purpose. For years, I’ve served in church ministry, leading youth groups, mentoring students, and developing curriculum that helps people discover God’s calling on their lives.
That experience taught me that changing your life isn’t just about changing behaviors or managing symptoms. It’s about renewing your mind and finding your worth in the truth of who God says you are, not who the world says you should be.
This shapes everything: how I counsel, what I write about, the questions I ask about AI and ethics. I believe mental health and spiritual health aren’t separate categories but deeply integrated parts of what it means to be fully human and fully alive in Christ.
It All Adds Up
Every role I’ve held has led to this moment: the corporate strategist who knows how to craft a message, the therapist who explores what people actually need, the publisher who’s building something purposeful, and the early adopter navigating a frontier that will define the next revolution.
I write, create, and speak because I believe we can thrive grounded in the truth that every person is made in God’s image and designed to flourish.
